At our clinic, our top priority is to help our patients regain control over their health through chiropractic care. Using our new state-of-the-art technology with gentle and specific chiropractic techniques, we correct misalignments in the spine and see major improvements in our patient’s health and quality of life. Oscar Wilde, a famous poet from the 1800's, once wrote, "To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all." Lit Chiropractic couldn't agree more. We often see patients with health problems that prevent them from living life to the fullest, such as kids with asthma, pregnant mothers with lower back pain, athletes who cannot perform at a higher level, and grandparents with chronic pain and fatigue unable to play with their grandchildren. Here at Lit Chiropractic, we do not want our patients to simply exist, but to live and experience life to the fullest. Our vision is to foster a healthier community, where everyone is free from spinal misalignments.
Corrective Care
Here at Lit Chiropractic, we focus on finding the root cause of the patient's health problems, not just the signs and symptoms that the condition may present. Signs and symptoms, such as pain, are often the last symptom to show up in a condition that has been present for years. Therefore, pain is also the first symptom to go away during care. This does not mean that the root cause has gone away, rather, this simply means that the initial phase of care is working. As a result, patients understand the value of being consistent with chiropractic care. They understand that health does not happen overnight, but rather built through consistency. Our goal is to allow our patients to regain control over their health by correcting the root cause of the problem that has been present for years.
Accidents & Injuries
No matter how careful we try to be, we will never be able to avoid the inevitable such as car accidents, work related injuries, slips and falls, gym accidents etc. Chiropractic can help speed up the healing process so that patients can regain their health and continue daily activity with less downtime.
Intersegmental Traction Table
This is an effective therapy that produces passive motion into the spine for the purpose of stretching spinal joints and increasing mobility. Intersegmental traction helps to gently and effectively reestablish normal range of motion to patient's spine.
The Chiropractic Adjustment
At our clinic, we use a very gentle and specific technique called Specific Prone. This allows us to correct spinal misaligments without excessive force, twisting, and turning. Patients are able to completely relax and have a wonderful experience with care.
X-ray
X-ray imaging is used to rule in or out certain conditions that might be causing the signs and symptoms the patient is experiencing. This along with subluxation scan, orthopedic exam, and neurological exam will help us provide the best treatment plan tailored for the patient.
With this state-of-the-art technology, we are able to establish a reliable, scientifically valid, quantitative, multidimensional representation of the patient’s condition – something never before possible.
